AddressWe have an exciting new opportunity for an Environmental Health Officer to join the Statutory Planning and Certification Business Unit. The role will see you develop your skills and experience by assisting and performing a wide variety of inspections in the fields of public health, Environmental Health and environmental protection.
You will be required to undertake regulatory inspections under relevant environmental and public health legislation. Key functions of this position include but are not limited to the inspection of food premises, skin penetration premises, cooling towers, swimming and spa pools, on-site sewage managements systems, environmental pollution investigations, public health complaints as well as the assessment of Environmental Health reports.
As an Environmental Health Officer, you would take pride in protecting and enhancing Environmental Health in the Shellharbour Local Government Area.
