AddressTalent International is currently recruiting for an Environmental Sustainability Analystto work for an NSW Government client based in Parramatta/Remote Work. The position is a 6-month contract role with the possibility of being extended and are paying $72.63 to $80.04 per hour + Super.
7 hours a day / 35 hours a week
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist, deliver and implement actions in the client's Environmental Sustainability Strategy 2024-2026
- Manage Environmental Sustainability projects including developing project plans, business cases and consultants' briefs and manage external consultants
- Develop Environmental Sustainability policies, processes and procedures in relation to Environmental Sustainability issues for the social housing portfolio
- Review and analyse the reporting of energy and water usage, climate risk, portfolio assessment, maintenance and financial data
- Provide advice and support to business units to improve the energy and water efficiency and climate resilience of the social housing portfolio
Required/Desired Skills:
- Demonstrated research, analytical, and project management skills
- Proven experience in developing environmental policies and implementing environmental projects
- Superior communication skills
- Sound understanding of Environmental Sustainability issues relating to asset management and residential housing
System Experience:
- Advanced Excel skills
- Document management systems (e.g. TRIM)
