About Us:
Ripley Central State School (Prep to year 6) is located in the growing Ripley area and opened in Term 1, 2023 (on 23rd January).

About the Role:
Responsibilities include, but not limited to;
- Ensuring their passion and purpose as a school community member is visible and valuable.
- Collaborating in teams and ensuring collective teacher efficacy with a shared responsibility and accountability for every child succeeding.
- Leading with consistency of practice in a learning environment that celebrates teacher creativity and innovation alongside student voice and agency.
- Measuring their impact on student achievement and improvement through planned data use, using data to challenge assumptions and importantly, to inform decisions, actions and practice.
- Maintaining a high working knowledge of the Australian Curriculum, allowing active contribution to planning, moderation and a deliberate focus on improving pedagogical practice and teaching strategies.
- Engaging families to play an active role in their child's learning and wellbeing.
- Playing a significant role in nurturing relationships and wellbeing so students, staff and community are safe, valued, respected and belong to our learning community.
- Continuous learning/re-learning and professional improvement aligned to school culture.
