The Opportunity -
Novaskill is currently partnered with a range of local businesses who are offering multiple Electrical Apprenticeships opportunities including on-the-job training with ongoing mentoring and support to help you achieve your career goals and unleash your true potential.
We're looking for those looking to start their apprenticeship, and even 2nd or 3rd Years looking to continue their learning in a new environment!
You'll be completing a Certificate III in Electrotechnology whilst gaining exposure to Solar, Domestic, Commercial & Industrial environments.
Learnings –
- Install wiring systems, accessories and appliances for low voltage general electrical installations
- Connect electrical circuits
- Solve problems related to electrical equipment
- Use drawings, diagrams, schedules, standards, codes and specifications
Outcomes –
- Practical experience in the installation and termination of electrical cables, accessories and appliances including socket outlets, light fittings, heating and cooking appliances
- Experience using industry-standard electrical installation testing rooms to provide you with testing and verification opportunities
- A trade qualification
- Strong pathways to further electrical study

- Language, literacy and numeracy to Year 10 high school level

- Have time management, attention to detail, planning and organisational skills
- Willing to work hard and complete the job
- Drivers Licence & Reliable Transport is a must
- White Card or willingness to obtain
