Eoi - Independent Non-Executive Board Member (Volunteer Role)

Beata Homecare is an approved provider of the Home Care Packages Program that provides home care services to support the independent living of our clients from various cultural backgrounds in Melbourne and the Bass Coast Region. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable professional individual with a passion for making a meaningful impact on the lives of our elderly community to join our Board Members to contribute their expertise. 

Key selection criteria:

As an independent non-executive Board Member, the ideal candidate will have:

• An understanding of the aged care sector and its unique challenges.
• Ability to maintain a professional working relationship with Board members and actively participate in board meetings.
• An understanding of and commitment to compliance with the aged care sector’s legal and ethical frameworks and ensuring Beata Homecare operates in accordance with the framework.
• Help steer the organisation to achieve its mission and purpose and ensure delivery of quality care to our care recipients 
• A passion for ensuring that our business decisions are aligned with Beata Homecare's mission, purpose, and strategic plans.
