About the position and role on the Board
Jim's Home Care PTY LTD Board of Directors is responsible for creating a governance environment that acts in the organisation's best interests and drives performance. This includes, among other things:
• Reviewing the set vision, strategy and direction of the organisation
• Having oversight of the delivery of safe and quality services
• Review the ongoing financial viability of the organisation
• Succession planning and performance of a CEO (when applicable)
• overall oversight of organisational performance
As a skills-based board, Directors are recruited for their skills, experience, and competencies that they have developed from their personal and professional activities, which they will continue to develop while on the Board.
JHC is currently seeking a Board Member who can bring experience and expertise at a senior level in strategy development and oversight, preferably in a large not-for-profit setting within the health sector.
