EPMO Reporting & Systems Analyst

  • Salary Range Band 7 ($104,946 - $117,440) plus 11% super 
  • Permanent Full time

About City of Port Phillip 

We are a vibrant and diverse inner-city council stretching 20kms from South to Port Melbourne along the stunning bay beaches down to Elwood and out to St Kilda East with around 1000 people who all work together to deliver more than 100 programs and services to our engaged community of residents, businesses and visitors. What’s the role all about 

Are you a passionate and driven project analyst with useful insights about portfolio performance to inform data driven decision making. Are you looking to contribute to the successful delivery of a large range of projects that will benefit our community? This role will see you lead in efficient and effective maintenance and enhancements of the PPM Tool in One Council including training for users across the organisation. 

Ideally this role would suit a pro-active and strategic thinker who is solutions focused with a curious, analytical and numerical mindset.

The position is full-time permanent.

What you might do 

  • Facilitate meaningful Reporting and analysis of project data to support the effective and efficient delivery of Council’s project portfolio.
  • Drive the monthly status reporting process, ensuring project managers and sponsors are effectively engaged and provided with clear guidance on time and quality expectations.
  • Coordinate our monthly reporting process.
  • Build strong relationships with our stakeholders.

Who we are looking for. 

  • Experience working with an ERP with PPM tool.
  • Demonstrated success delivering in depth analysis and reporting outcomes.
  • A tertiary qualification in a project or finance related field.
  • Experience in performance reporting, systems and data analysis.
  • Engaging and dynamic people person.
