• Trage, assist and resolve staff service desk requests in a timely manner via Manage Engine    
• Assist with employee training, onboarding and conferencing and audio-visual hardware support    
• Perform asset management and maintenance, configuration and deployment of hardware (including mobile devices) in respective region    
• Assist staff with implementation and support of line of business applications as well as maintain internal software user accounts    
• Provide reliable on-site IT presence in our WA business units and liaise with software vendors…
