Job Position 

Greenlands Equipment are currently seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team to assist the general manager and lead Internal Projects. This is a great opportunity to be part of an team with a great culture that is building a rapidly expanding business.

Greenlands Equipment will consider flexible working hours if required by the candidate.   

The Role

  • Assisting Management: Assisting the General Manager with general administrative activities such as the below. 
    • Travel arrangements.
    • Compiling and collating reports. 
    • Collating and submittal of data and information to external business consultants/advisors.
  • Administration Support: Support the administration team leader with the below listed activities. 
    • Overseeing insurances. 
    • Managing insurance claims. 
    • Overseeing company legal requirements 
  • Marketing: Working on the below listed marketing activities. 
    • Social media posts. 
    • Working with external companies to oversee the development of website and marketing material. 
    • Developing and ordering of promotional material. 
    • Arranging of expos. 
  • Internal Project Lead: Taking the lead to implement initiatives throughout the company such as the below. 
    • Researching and implementation of systems within the business to streamline processes. This will include liaising with staff for the selection of software and working with external companies to develop and implement the software. 
    • Role out systems. 
    • Documenting processes. 
    • Driving business improvement projects to ensure completion/implementation of tasks set by the company management. 

As you can see the role is one where the successful candidate will have to wear several hats and have exceptional administration, management/people skills, time management and planning skills in order to be able to meet the responsibilities of the role.

The Candidate

Candidates that possess the following attributes/experience are encouraged to apply;

  • Experience in the use of ERP systems. 
  • Experience in the use of CRM systems. 
  • Have experience in implementing process and systems to streamline project delivery.
  • Must be an enthusiastic, hard worker who enjoys working within a team environment
  • Previous experience in similar roles.  
  • Proficient knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Power Point & Outlook as well as fast and accurate data entry
  • Ability to multitask and priorities workloads to meet deadlines.
  • Overall knowledge of business activities. 
  • Ability to take direction from senior management
