The primary focus of this role is to communicate with clients to ensure Equipment Rental agreements and invoices are prepared in a timely manner. This job also provides administration support for the workshop and the service department. Within this team, we value continuous improvement so this could be a great opportunity for those with a passion for improvement.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Assist capturing new contacts, leads and creation of rental quotations.
- Generating and maintaining rental agreements and contract folders.
- Uploading of photographs for recording machine condition.
- Maintaining customer insurance certificates.
- Maintaining valid rental purchase orders for rental agreements.
- Requesting end of month equipment meter readings from customers.
- Generating end of month rental invoices
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Proven experience in similar role
- Knowledge of machinery terminology is desirable
- Intermediate computer skills with Microsoft Office 365 products
- Proven communication skills, both written and verbal
