The Role
We are seeking a self-motivated and results driven ERP Consultant to join our Service Delivery team. You will be based in our office at West Leederville and will be part our experienced Service Delivery team, providing high level consultative services to customers on best practice implementation of ERP solutions.
Your daily tasks will include:
- Implementation of Scope System’s ERP solutions at customer premises (new implementations and upgrades)
- Facilitation of customer workshops and building out the technical components of the implementation or upgrade
- Designing and mapping of data, including undertaking customer conversions and QA testing
- Writing Statement of Works and other technical documents
- Undertaking research and resolution of complex customer issues
- Training of new users
About You
- You will have relevant tertiary qualification with at least 5 years of significant experience and strong knowledge of ERP systems preferably Pronto with experience working in the mining or mining services industry
- Broad knowledge of end-to-end business processes such as GL, AP/AR, payroll, plant maintenance, project costing etc.
- Strong written and oral communication skills with good understanding of business and technology.
- The ability to work collaboratively with others and build/maintain strong working relationships.
