Overview:
We are seeking a talented Integration Platform Specialist and Project Manager with a focus on retail and wholesale sectors to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the functionality of our integration platform while managing integration projects for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of ERP systems, particularly in retail and wholesale contexts, and have a proven track record of driving successful integration projects.
Responsibilities:
- Integration Platform Enhancement:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for enhancing the functionality of our integration platform.
- Gather requirements from internal stakeholders, clients, and industry trends to prioritize platform improvements.
- Design and implement new features, enhancements, and integrations to meet the evolving needs of our clients in the retail and wholesale sectors.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of platform changes to ensure quality and reliability.
- Integration Project Management:
- Lead integration projects for retail and wholesale clients, from initial scoping and planning to execution and delivery.
- Work closely with clients to understand their integration requirements and map out integration workflows.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies to ensure successful project execution.
- Coordinate with internal development teams and external partners to implement integration solutions that meet client objectives.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for retail and wholesale clients throughout the integration project lifecycle.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, including IT teams, business users, and executives.
- Communicate project status, milestones, and risks to clients in a clear and transparent manner.
- Provide guidance and support to clients during the integration process, ensuring smooth and timely project delivery.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to integration platforms and ERP systems.
- Identify areas for improvement in our integration methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement enhancements and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in integration platform development and project management, with a focus on ERP systems and retail/wholesale industries.
- Proficiency in integration technologies and protocols such as API, REST, SOAP, and ETL.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes, particularly in retail and wholesale operations.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate client requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Experience with integration platforms is a plus.
