Role Overview
Reporting to the CFO, the ERP IT Manager will play a pivotal role in enhancing the organization's technological infrastructure. You will be responsible for streamlining and optimizing the ERP system interface, evaluating integrated systems, and overseeing critical vendor relationships. This role involves conducting audits of existing systems, exploring new solutions, and facilitating user training to ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.
Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will identify gaps in current systems and proactively seek alternative solutions to meet evolving business needs. Additionally, you will lead the management of critical vendors, ensuring effective collaboration for system support, upgrades, and training. Responsibilities
- Manage and support ERP systems, focusing on integration and optimization
- Conduct audits of existing systems, identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement
- Oversee critical vendors providing system support, upgrades, and training
- Identify gaps in current systems and explore alternative solutions
- Lead the development and implementation of cyber security measures to safeguard company data
- Drive the implementation of cloud-based applications to enhance business processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective system interface and alignment
- Develop and maintain user training manuals and conduct regular refresher training sessions
Candidate Profile
We are seeking a candidate with a strong background in ERP and IT systems administration, financial ERP application integration skills, and proficiency in Microsoft environments. You should possess excellent vendor management and communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate high energy and an entrepreneurial mind set, showing a commitment to driving performance in a dynamic business environment. Previous exposure to complex matrix organizations, particularly in retail or FMCG sectors, is advantageous.
