We are currently on the lookout for a skilled ERP Specialist who resonates with our values of integrity, ownership, teamwork, and continuous improvement to join us at our modern manufacturing facility in Forrestfield, WA.
The ERP Specialistwill play a critical role at Bruce Rock Engineering in the maintenance and improvement of its ERP System. Partnering with business unit leads, the ERP Specialist will assist in scoping business requirements and translate them into system requirements for consideration for development and implementation. The role will also play a key role in implementing developed solutions.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Partner with stakeholders across Bruce Rock Engineering to understand and document business requirements for ERP system enhancements.
- Help troubleshoot and resolve ERP system user issues.
- Assisting the Solutions Architect, scope, schedule and deliver significant projects relating to the ERP.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of quick reference guides, policies and provide training in same.
- Contribute to the maintenance of the ERP system including regular upgrades, including but not limited to managing the development of test scripts and the running of those test scripts.
- Where required, work with external developers or support providers in conducting non-routine/technical maintenance or project work.
- Ensure quality assurance is conducted on all customisations, upgrades and reconfigurations, including regression testing, functional testing, and data validation.
About you:
- Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related fields.
- 2-5 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of business processes and how they interact with ERP systems.
- Previous experience in a similar role in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the road transport industry.
- Experience with Epicor ERP desirable.
- Detail-oriented.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to make meaning of complex data.
- A proven problem solver.
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
