Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled ERP and Report Writing Specialist that also has experience in SharePoint development, to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support for our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and developing custom reports to meet the company's operational and analytical needs. They will also help with a redesign of our SharePoint platform to meet the changing needs of the business and to improve intercompany communication in line with the development of the ERP system.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for the ERP system, including troubleshooting issues, resolving user inquiries, and performing system maintenance tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the ERP system.
- Develop and customize reports using ERP reporting tools to support various departments, including but not limited to finance, production, inventory, and sales.
- Analyze existing reports and processes to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Design and implement data integrations between the ERP system and other business applications as needed.
- Assist with a redesign of the company SharePoint platform.
- Conduct user training sessions to ensure effective utilization of ERP system and SharePoint functionality.
- Stay informed about the latest ERP and SharePoint trends, best practices, and updates to continuously enhance system performance and functionality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2-3 years) working with ERP systems, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong proficiency in ERP reporting tools (e.g., Telerik Reporting, SAP Crystal Reports, SSRS) and SQL query writing.
- Proven experience using SharePoint.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in project management and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and industry-specific ERP modules (e.g., production planning, inventory management) is a plus.
