In this job you willAs a Site Operations Manager at DHL, you'll overcome daily logistical challenges to ensure warehouse operations run smoothly. - Lead multi customer operations within the site
- Drive and implement strategic initiatives
- Ensure Customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery
- Build and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders, both internal and external
- Maintain location and inventory accuracy
- Drive site budgets and P&L's accountability
- 10 + years' experience within Supply Chain/Logistics
- Demonstrated experience leading people and operations at a Supervisor, or Site Manager level
- Exceptional end to end knowledge of Supply Chain Operation within a 3Pl environment
- Excellent people management and influencing skills
- Commercial acumen
- Highly developed conflict resolution and negotiation skills
- Strong experience with WMS systems (Manhattan WMS preferred)
