Underground ERZ Controllers / Deputies
Nortek Developments are looking to recruit experienced ERZ Controllers / Deputies for ongoing work in the Moranbah region. All current Standard 11 and Coal Board Medical are essential as expected for the specified role.
- 7 ON / 7 OFF Rotating Roster
- Camp and meals provided
- Transport from camp to site

Job Description
Your role as an ERZ Controller / Deputy is to be accountable for ensuring legislative compliance. This role sees you accountable for managing the safety, productivity, and reporting of all personnel and resources.
In this role you must provide effective leadership of the operational teams in accordance with the daily plan. The ERZ Controller / Deputy must direct, control and manage mine performance within the shift/day to ensure high standards of safety, quality and productivity are achieved.
Commitment to Zero Harm will be the key to your success in the role. You will have extensive experience working within the underground coal mining industry with demonstrated understanding of the coal mining process and the relevant mining legislation.
Only experienced Underground applicants will be considered for these roles.
