We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst, specialising in the support of our Employment Services performance team to join us in St Albans. The ideal candidate will possess a keen analytical mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of the Employment ServicES Business operations. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in analysing, reporting and optimising performance data and business processes to drive efficiency, effectiveness, and ultimately superior performance.
Your key responsibilities include to:
- Maintain performance dashboards, reports, and data to communicate findings and suggestions to stakeholders.
- Work closely with management to support the development and implementation of performance improvement strategies.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices related to performance analysis and in particular Employment Services
- Monitor and report on efficiencies, productivity, and compliance of all business units via systems, procedures, and workflows.
- Support the change management process in relation to new programs, new systems, and contractual changes.
- Monitor and track the implementation of performance improvement initiatives, measuring their impact over time.
About You
To be successful in this role you will need to have:
- CPA essential
- Experience within Employment Services operations.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar with a focus on performance analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful insights.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to efficiently present findings.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Eligibility to work in Australia.
- Willing to complete a Criminal History Check
