Digital Business Analyst / Digital Product Owner

Location: Sydney, Australia (Remote Work with Office Flexibility)

Note: Exceptional fully remote candidates will also be considered.

Contract Type: 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract

Salary Package: $130K - $140K package (including superannuation)

Are you ready to take your digital expertise to the next level? We're seeking a talented Digital Business Analyst / Digital Product Owner to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in driving the success of our digital projects, from websites and CMS to mobile applications and e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and understand digital project requirements
• Utilize your expertise in headless website infrastructure such as Kontent.ai (preferred) and/or Contentful to enhance project delivery
• Leverage platforms like Vercel or Netlify to streamline project deployment and hosting
• Engage with CMS/software vendors and lead workshops to map out current processes and define future states
• Champion user experience (UX/UI) excellence, ensuring our websites and applications are intuitive and user-friendly

Essential Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital or IT projects, with a focus on data analysis, project management, and digital strategy
• Proficiency in data analytics tools and strong analytical skills
• Experience managing digital projects, including CMS reviews and e-commerce initiatives
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical findings into actionable insights
• Strong collaborative mindset, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
