The Company
Our client is a well-established, Australian, and employee-owned engineering consulting firm, working on some of the most exciting and innovative building and infrastructure projects in the world. They are a multiple award winner, renowned for their technical excellence and premium client experience.

The Role
This is a newly created role, sitting within the Global Corporate Services team, and reporting into the Global HSEQ Manager. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaboration with the ESG Committee to identify potential initiatives and value-adding industry practices aligned with applicable Legislation, Standards, and Codes.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting and disclosure of annual ESG data and information, providing support and technical advice on ESG to Senior Management, relevant Committees, and Corporate Services Group.
  • Provide advice to the Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) Group and regional offices.

You will have / be:

  • Experience working in a similar ESG role, ideally within an engineering consultancy or construction firm.
  • Experience integrating ESG considerations into decision-making, operations, and strategies, ensuring transparent and trusted reporting.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of stakeholder management and client engagement strategy.
  • Detailed working knowledge of the relevant regulatory frameworks & Standards (SASB, IFRS, CSRD)
  • Tertiary Qualification in a relevant discipline (i.e., Science, Environmental Sciences, Environmental Management, Sustainability and Social Impact or other).

The ideal candidate will be based in Perth, but this role can also be based out of Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane.
