About the role

Laing O'Rourke are looking for Expressions of interest from Environmental Advisors/ Engineers to join us working on large-scale public infrastructure projects in Perth, WA. 

 

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for coaching, mentoring and promoting excellence in project environmental matters, delivery of environmental programmes and initiatives on the project, provide advice to supervisors, project management team, employees and other project stakeholders.

 

 

About you

  • You will have relevant tertiary qualification in Environmental Science along with an intermediate level of experience, having worked on major construction projects in Australia.
  • You will also be required to demonstrate basic environmental risk management capabilities within a major infrastructure project environment. You will be required to keep abreast of environmental legislation, compliance and reporting requirements and be able to assist in the identification of significant factors affecting the project design.
  • You will have an exceptional energy and drive to grow yourself and the company you work for and radiate a passion and determination to succeed and acts at all times in accordance with Laing O'Rourke guiding principles and values which means working collaboratively as One Team across businesses, teams and functions and behaving with integrity in all dealings with others.
