AddressOur client is seeking an ESG specialist to join their growing team. This role will play a pivotal role in advancing the companies ESG strategies and initiatives, ensuring compliance with National and Global practices and regulations. This position offers the opportunity to drive positive change.
Responsibility
- Strategy Development – Leasing the development and implementation of comprehensive ESG strategies that align with corporate goals and industry standards
- Reporting and compliance – Overseeing the preparation and dissemination of ESG reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory frameworks, such as SASB, TCFD, GRI, ISSB etc.
- Stakeholder Engagement- Managing and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders such as, investors, regulatory bodies etc, to communicate the ESG initiatives and performance effectively.
- Develop training programs and workshops to educate employees on the ESG strategies and risks
- Identify risks and opportunities through risk assessments, engaging with various departments
You will Need
- Territory qualification in a relevant field such as Environmental Science, Sustainability
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in ESG, sustainability, Corporate Responsibility
- Strong knowledge and experience working with the ESG frameworks such as TCFD, GRI, SASB etc
- Proven experience developing in implementing ESG Strategies
- Excellent relationship management and stakeholder engagement
- Must have PR or Australian Citizenship
