We are seeking a highly driven, dynamic and experienced consulting specialist to join the Xenith team in the role of Manager – ESG, reporting to our General Manager – Strategy & Growth.
As part of our growing ESG team, this role will be accountable for managing our high performing ESG team, with a core focus on developing and then delivering Xenith’s full range of ESG related products and services. The services we know our clients are demanding include:
- Decarbonisation solutions
- Emissions management
- Carbon offset strategies
- Renewable energy initiatives
- Climate change solutions
- Sustainability and social responsibility management tools
- Governance and reporting frameworks
The Manager – ESG will be required to have an unrelenting focus on business development. The person will collaborate closely with the wider Xenith management team to bring our integrated service offering and innovative products to our established client base and new markets through the creation of long-lasting client relationships.
This role will also lead our ESG Centre of Excellence and ensure that Xenith remains up to date with industry changes, technology & innovation advancements, and regulatory amendments.

With existing ESG team members in all established East Coast offices, the Manager - ESG can be based in Brisbane or Sydney. This role will also require regular travel to our other interstate offices and client sites, including locations in WA as the successful candidate will be instrumental in establishing our ESG service provision on the West Coast.
