About the role / Some of the things we'd like you to do :

  • Develop further Essence's work with Google around making Brand planning more data-led in terms of channels and creative used so that more elements of every campaign achieve brand success KPIs
  • Build on work already done in the area of automated Brand campaign governance so that the process from weekly reports and post campaign analysis can be more easily accessible and actionable
  • Challenge Google's current approach to some of marketing's biggest challenges such as DEI in media, understanding influencer marketing, creating a data driven POE framework, innovating for success within the evolving social and video ecosystems, etc.
  • Take Essence's approach to Brand Planning and make it a modularised set if products that can be marketed by Essence and through Google's ad sales team to help enhance other advertisers use of the Google's Stack.

About yourself / Requirements :

  • 7+ years experience in an agency environment
  • Extensive knowledge of the Google Marketing Stack: SA360, DV360, UAC, GDN and YouTube
  • A proven track record in defining brand media strategies and plans, and leading media teams for large international clients
  • Deep brand marketing expertise
  • Proven success in media planning process design, implementation and enhancement
  • Powerful POV on planning and measurement tools (GWI, TGI, Campaign Manager, MOAT etc)
  • Very strong client relationship skills
  • Effective and engaging written communication, presentation, influencing and negotiation skills
  • Ability to make decisions and resolve problems quickly and effectively
  • Passionate about digital and data, and well versed on the latest industry trends and news.
