Currently Estelle’s Florist is looking for Retail Supervisor to serve our precious clients.

Position is Full – Time permanent (40 hours)

Salary per annum : $55,000 - $70,000.

The ideal Retail Supervisor will possess following attributes:

• ·         Ensuring fast service and high-quality flowers and bouquet for customers.
• ·         Responding to customers, inquiries and complaints about goods and services.
• ·         Planning and preparing work schedules and assigning employees to specific tasks.
• ·         Interviewing, hiring, training, evaluating, firing, and promoting employees and resolving personnel complaints.
• ·         Training of personnel in handling complex and complicated sales processes.
• ·         Investigating returns and deciding on appropriate actions.
• ·         Inventorying goods for sale and ordering new stock.
• ·         Ensuring correct pricing and presentation of goods and services.
• ·         Ensuring compliance with security measures.
