About the Role:

Continual business growth has created an exciting opportunity for an Estimating Assistant & Internal Project Co-Ordinator based in the Zillmere Head Office. We’re looking for a positive and flexible professional to join the Projects team.  

Your Responsibilities:

  • Assist with quotes, project submissions & tenders.
  • Scheduling & co-ordination of projects on a national footprint.
  • Order entry, invoicing, and stock allocations.
  • Delivery schedule follow ups with suppliers.
  • Product data management.
  • Collaborative team work to assist with creating a strong team culture. 

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Strong skills with Microsoft Office Suite software – particularly Excel.
  • Exceptional attention to detail in a fast-paced quick turn-around work environment.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Highly motivated, committed, team focused and reliable.
  • Proven ability to take ownership of delegated tasks with demonstrated initiative and time management skills.
  • A desire to be challenged and to expand your skill set.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast paced environment.
