Estimator (3-month contract commencing April with potential to extend)
About the role
We currently have an opportunity for an Estimator with structural, mechanical and piping experience that is either trade qualified or from an engineering background with relevant experience and education.
The role will encompass the estimation of a new plant install project including the estimation of site man-hours and equipment requirements, pricing of material take-offs and obtaining subcontractor pricing. The role will also include comprehending and interpreting tender documents, drawings and specifications and providing support in developing a constructability plan.
About You
- Experience in heavy industrial / mechanical industries
- Experience estimating and planning structural, mechanical and piping projects
- Strong knowledge and understanding of construction processes and an understanding of overall project delivery standards
