Senior Business Technical Writer

Strong technical background required for tender writing, preferably with commercial experience, for Tendering in Tenders WAOur client is seeking for an experienced Technical Writer to support the development of the relevant procurement artefacts through to release of the tender later this year.Responsibilities:

• Facilitate collaboration across diverse business units and organizational levels to gather and synthesize relevant information effectively.
• Align Functional and Non-Functional (Technical) specifications with the requirements of a large-scale procurement process.
• Revise and restructure existing documentation in accordance with guidance from Senior team members.
• Utilize expertise in categorization and classification (Taxonomy) to organize materials into appropriate sections.
• Engage stakeholders at various levels of the business to ensure comprehensive understanding and alignment of objectives.
• Coordinate with the Program Executive Director for initial discussions and alignment of expectations prior to project commencement.

Experience:

• Demonstrated senior-level experience in cross-functional collaboration within diverse business environments.
• Extensive experience in stakeholder engagement across multiple organizational levels.
• Proven track record in working with both Functional and Non-Functional (Technical) specifications in the context of procurement processes.
• Proficiency in revising and reordering existing documentation based on input from senior team members.
• Strong background in categorizing and classifying materials to ensure clarity and accessibility.
• Previous involvement in high-level discussions and alignment sessions with program leadership, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills.
