ABOUT THE ROLE
- Attend client meetings and assist with the determination of project requirements.
- Assist the Operations Manager and Project Coordinator in the drafting and submission of project proposals, tenders, budgets, and preliminary schedules.
- Prepare and submit accurate tenders within required timeframes.
- Keep the Operations Manager/s and others informed about project status and issues that may impact client relations.
- Prepare and deliver Project Handover to the Operations Manager, Project Manager and admin staff
- Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client and project team.
- Communicate ideas for improving company processes with a positive and constructive attitude, and for developing this attitude in others.
- Represent and promote Super seal during all opportunities i.e.: at networking meetings, conferences and workshops.
ABOUT THE CANDIDATE
- Ideally tertiary qualified within one of the following disciplines Building, Construction, Business / Project Management.
- 3-5 Years of Estimating experience within the Building and Construction Industry
- Market/ Industry Knowledge, Strong Computer Skills and Ability to utilize Estimating and Tendering Management Tools and Microsoft Office
- Strong Communication Skills Including Written and Oral Presentation
- Sound Judgement and Initiative
- Sound Decision Making and Prioritization Skills
- Effective Time Management
- Problem Solving Skills
- Self-Motivated and Able to Work Unsupervised
- Negotiation Skills with Ability to Resolve Conflict Situations
- Current Drivers License
- White Card & First Aid Certificate highly regarded
