As an estimator with civil or landscaping experience, you want to feel that enjoyment at work again.

In this role, you can learn new skills (go on paid courses), be an estimating manager within a few years and have an influence on how things are done. Bringing in new software and improving the process appeals to you.

You’d start on a salary of $110-$130k + super, there is free parking at the office (like a WeWork office so has 24 access and lots of perks within) and if you do really well in the role there could be a company car later on down the track.
