Estimator/Administration Co-Ordinator

Willis Bros Marble & Granite, based in Carrara are seeking an Estimator/Administration Co-Ordinator to join our team.

This is a full time position working Monday- Friday.

Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

•          Manage estimating and purchasing nationally
•          Evaluate project specifications & plans to determine estimates
•          Maintain organised documentation for project estimates, revisions                & correspondence for future referencing 
•          Work with builders, cabinet makers & clients to understand project              scopes, design specification & budget constraints
•          Monitor stock levels & produce accurate purchase orders for stone              slabs to ensure minimal wastage
•          Co-ordinate transport for stone deliveries to ensure all stock is                      available within states 
•          Work with CAD drawers & production teams to ensure smooth                      operations
•          Co-Ordinate with production teams to ensure feasibility & scheduling          of projects within specified time-frames 
•          Develop & nurture strong relationships with suppliers & builder
•          Be competent with the use of computer programs, particularly Excel
