About The Role
Event Coordination
- Obtaining quotes from suppliers such as photographer, entertainer and caterers
- Researching and documenting suppliers
- Assisting with the creation of styling and themed packages
- Creating event run sheets
Social Media & Marketing
- Developing a following on instagram and facebook
- Drafting blog posts for our website and Social Media
- Assisting with the creation of our newsletters
About You
- Enthusiastic about the events industry
- Available at least 1 day per week
- Interested in learning more about event coordination
- Experience not needed
