We are excited to announce we are looking to add to our family an Internal Marketing Manager.

The right candidate will be able to manage:

Social Media & Google:

• Lead our presence on platforms like Facebook (Meta Leads on Business Suite), Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Craft engaging content that not only resonates but leaves a lasting impression.
• Stay informed about Social Media algorithms to ensure our brand remains at the forefront.
• Manage Google Ads campaigns/Pmax campaigns, ensuring optimal utilisation of resources.
• Implement SEO strategies to enhance our online visibility.

Content Creation & Copywriting:

• Develop visually stunning content that narrates our mission and values.
  Collaborate with our creative team to produce multimedia content for the digital realm.
• Craft compelling copy that captures hearts and minds.
• Create Video content to use as ads for leads on all platforms

Website Maintenance & Updates:

• Prior experience with Wordpress and Kajabi prefered
• Maintain our website
• Ensuring high speed interface

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager with a focus on Social Media and Content creation or relatable experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Social Media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Experience in TikTok campaign management and YouTube content creation.
• Proficient in using Facebook Business Suite and Google Ads.
• Strong analytical skills to measure and interpret performance metrics.
• Prior NDIS Experience is a Bonus.
