Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Event Marketing Manager to join our innovative marketing team. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will take ownership of your events from concept to completion, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive attendance, sponsorships, and exhibition participation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and executing comprehensive year-round marketing plans
- Building and maintaining lists and databases
- Using our CRM for targeted database selections
- Updating event websites and CMS
- Developing and managing digital ad campaigns
- Growing and managing social media campaigns
- Generating content
- Writing effective copy for marketing and sales campaigns, event websites, and EDMs
- Producing marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, banners, online and print adverts
- Implementing PR plans with key participants and clients
- Establishing strategic alliances and negotiating marketing partnerships with clients, associations, publications, industry bodies, and media
- Handling administration and reporting
- Managing budgets
Who we’re looking for:
To be successful in this role, you will possess the following:
- Graduate with 5+ years of experience in a corporate business environment
- Highly motivated, driven, and with a strong work ethic
- Digital marketing skills
- Database and CRM skills
- Social media understanding and skills
- Content creation skills, including images, Canva, and video editing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good negotiation skills for developing partnerships
- Completely confident on telephone and Zoom, with the ability to build a face-to-face and digital network and develop partner relationships
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines
- Exhibit commercial awareness and an interest to learn more about the markets we service
- Strong computer literacy skills
