About the Role
As our Event Operations Manager, you'll be at the heart of bringing world-class events to life. Reporting to the General Manager Operations, you'll oversee the planning, execution, and management of our diverse portfolio of events, from intimate gatherings to large-scale festivals.
Key Responsibilities
- Event Management: Develop comprehensive event plans, manage budgets, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure flawless execution.
- Operations Oversight: Implement best practices, manage staffing and vendors, and ensure compliance with all regulations.
- Site Management: Oversee venue preparation, manage on-site operations, and coordinate all logistical aspects of event delivery.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in event management, preferably in the entertainment or live events industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate diverse teams
- Excellent project management and problem-solving abilities
- Financial acumen and experience in budget management
- Adaptability and composure under pressure
- Proficiency in relevant software applications
