About The Role
Hire Republic is seeking a suitable candidate to join our operations team in the role of Project Manager. This role provides a link from our sales and account management team to on site delivery of our events dealing directly with our clients and stakeholders.
Your time is allocated to both pre event planning and preparation from our office and warehouse facility in Murarrie, and on site directing our operations team to ensure safe delivery of our product and client satisfaction. You will find efficiencies in resource allocations, develop schedules and be responsible for the financial delivery of our projects. A snapshot of the key accountabilities include:
- On site management of our operations team, stock and contractors
- Liaise directly with our clients and sales team
- Planning and scheduling for all our move in and move outs from sites
- Forecasting labour requirements
- Coordination of our fleet and plant and equipment
- Ensure compliance of our stock, builds, company policies and OH&S
About You
The successful candidate will be a strong communicator with a proven record in project management, events or a strong supervisory site role and will possess the following attributes:
- Strong leadership and time management experience
- An event, project management or supervisory background with a focus on logistics
- A hands on “I've got this” approach
- Great people skills
- A strong OH&S understanding
- Computer literacy
- Ideally a forklift license or experience with plant and machinery.
- MR license desirable
