THE ROLE
Reporting directly to the F&B Director you will oversee the banquet and conference facilities of this award-winning luxury hotel. This is a unique opportunity to lead a talented team of 20 planning and catering staff and deliver unforgettable events from large scale galas to intimate gatherings in some of the most luxurious venues.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
- Previous Events Services Manager experience in a five-star hotel
- Creative passion for delivering memorable experiences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Dynamic leadership skills
- Strong problem solving and organisational skills
