Your Opportunity
We're looking for a passionate Events Coordinatorto join our high performing Marketing department as a Maternity Leave Cover.
The suitable candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Assist in planning, organizing both internal and external events from end to end.
- Travel Arrangements for staff and guests.
- Create and develop content for Social Media channels around events taking place.
- Assist with researching and purchasing seasonal corporate gift ideas for clients (Breeding Season, Easter & Christmas).
- Manage Inventory of trade merchandise & giveaways.
- Build relationships & negotiate Bova corporate rate for events.
What you will bring to our Family
- A passionate to help animals is a must.
- Completion or near completion of tertiary qualifications in Marketing/Events or related discipline.
- Minimum of 1-year experience working in a Marketing and/or Events role.
- Graphic design experience with Adobe Illustrator or Canva.
- Proven experience with writing and creating social media content.
- Proven experience in developing creative marketing campaigns.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to travel interstate when required.
- Current NSW Driver’s Licence.
