This role involves:
- The setup and teardown of event spaces
- Providing catering and bartending services during functions with multiple functions rooms
- Having great customer service when dealing with clients
- Having the ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment
- Being able to manage your time well and multi-task
- Being able to demonstrate initiative during quiet periods
- Setting up tables as per instructions from the supervisor
The ideal candidate will:
- Excel as a team player
- Demonstrate a professional and enthusiastic demeanor
- Extend a warm and friendly welcome to all
- Possess excellent customer service and communication skills
- Uphold high standards of personal presentation
- Bring previous experience in food and beverage service
- Have experience in functions and events (preferred)
- Maintain flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Hold a valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
