Events Officer We're in search of a skilled and passionate Events Officer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you won't just plan events – you'll be the creative genius behind the development and execution of Council's civic events, making a lasting impact on our community.
If you have a knack for transforming spaces and creating memorable moments, we want you on our team! You will take the lead in crafting and delivering Council's civic events, turning them into unforgettable experiences that resonate with our community; manage the Events on Council Land process, ensuring seamless execution and compliance with all regulations; and provide support and guidance for other Council events, bringing your skills and experience to the table to enhance the success of every project. Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail. Ability to navigate the ins and outs of event logistics and compliance. A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
Your qualifications: A diploma qualification in event management or similar related field with demonstrated experience in a community-based role with a minimum of 3 years’ experience. Position Hours: Full-Time75 hours fortnight. Salary range: $72,139.60 to $81,190.93 plus above award superannuation contribution.
