My Ultimate Events is an established events company that specialises in organising bachelor parties, bucks weekend and similar events, Australia wide. We offer a wide range of My Ultimate Bucks packages to choose from, everything from go karting to whiskey tasting. We are known for our high-quality service, flexibility, and attention to detail, and we have a reputation for helping to create memorable experiences for those about to get married, and their friends! Our vibrant team culture supports our busy office environment – and our event sales team is growing again.
Qualifications & experience
- Naturally chatty with a zest for life
- Exceptional computer skills: effortlessly send emails, create and attach PDFs, format Word documents, work across multiple screens, fast typing speed, navigate internet browser tabs, basic knowledge of Excel, experienced with PCs
- Outstanding communication skills (written and verbal)
- Natural salesperson: enjoy ensuring clients move from enquiry to conversion, motivated by the rewards of successful sales
- Team player with the ability to work autonomously on your client base
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Able to work physically in our Brookwater 4300 office: Week A Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm; Week B Monday, Tuesday (Wednesday off), Thursday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, Saturday 1pm to 9pm
- Results-driven, pride in meeting targets and exceeding KPIs
Tasks & responsibilities
- Hybrid role combining sales, event planning, and customer service
- Use our custom CRM for creating client packages
- Apply event planning skills and logical thinking
- Utilise customer service skills to understand client needs
- Use sales skills to secure event bookings
- Handle incoming calls on our 1300 number
- Communicate with clients via calls, texts, and emails
- Ensure clients receive exceptional event experiences
