If you are passionate about working in a customer centric team, delivering positive face to face customer service experiences and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this could be the right role for you. You will provide assistance, advice, source information and deliver customer support services, for vehicle enquiries to facilitate the effective operation of the business to ensure outstanding customer service. Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and dealership promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- A positive can-do attitude and strong work ethic
- Experience in a customer service role or similar
- Ability to learn and navigate new systems
- Open, confident communication skills
- Availability to work Saturdays
- Hold a current driver licence
- Work as part of a team
Reporting to the Sales Manager you will be responsible for:
- Obtaining a strong understanding of products and its competitors
- Customer follow up and database maintenance
- Welcoming new customers to the Dealership
- Adhering to Dealership Standards
