As a member of our event staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Canberra International Tennis Tournament. This position offers a dynamic and fast-paced work environment, providing valuable experience in the hospitality industry.
As a Café All-Rounder, you will be responsible for contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the café by performing a variety of tasks related to customer service, food preparation, and general operations. The role requires a dynamic individual capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
You will be responsible for:
- Supporting the Food & Beverage attendants and Back of House roles;
- Cleaning of Cafe area including clearing tables and assisting with functions;
- Cash Handling;
- Providing outstanding customer service
As a Cafe Attendant you will love engaging and interacting with Members and Team Members and pride yourself on providing exceptional service and going the extra mile to be a true Brand Ambassador. You're optimistic and professional and thrive working in a busy environment where no two days (or hours) are the same!
You will be required to be available throughout the tournament from 27th December 2023 - 7th January 2024.
Whilst this is short term, there may be ongoing opportunities for the right candidate.
