The Role
This role will be both challenging and rewarding, and will provide a great opportunity for you to expand your knowledge and skills. You will be strong leader with strong interpersonal skills.
- Manage labour, beverage and consumables costs
- Oversee a passionate team of Operations Manager, Supervisors and Team leaders across multiple venues/spaces.
- Stock control, ordering and rostering responsibilities
- Train and develop your operations team.
- P&L accountability.
- Running events for Showtime Event Group.
- Venue Partner and stake holder management.
- Oversee the day to day management of the Kitchen/FOH/Event Co-ordinators and operations teams.
- Assisting with the development of innovative menus and wine lists.
- Ensure that all regulations and procedures are adhered to at all times.
This role reports into the General Manager of Operations to help execute key KPI's for their HUB and support in executing the overall business strategy.

- Immaculate personal presentation and hygiene

- Strong Commercial acumen
- Solutions focused mindset
- Previous multisite experience
Previous experience as a Area Manager, Operations Manager in a large group within a high-end boutique catering, restaurant group and events company or venue will be considered a distinct advantage.
