Responsibilities:
As a Venue Manager, you'll play a role in overseeing the smooth operation of our venue. Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage daily facility operations to ensure seamless efficiency.
- Leading a team of enthusiastic employees to maintain our vibrant atmosphere.
- Uphold high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
- Managing bookings and assisting with customer inquiries.
- Utilising our POS system and online booking platform.
- Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints effectively.
- Monitor inventory, equipment maintenance, and facility cleanliness.
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure each shift exceeds expectations.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork among staff.
Requirements:
- Motorsport background is good to have but not essential
- Familiar with hand tools and power-tools for some site basic maintenance
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Comfortable with technology such computers, social medias
