You'll have a strong desire for detail, and are well versed in event front of house operations. You love to deliver service with creativity and consistency, and every single detail of the event is really important to you.
The guest experience is always on your mind. You love variety; from a wedding of 200 people in beautiful Linseed House to a cocktail event in the Garden.
You :
- Excellent customer service skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Self-motivated and results driven
- Flexible and adaptable
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and heavy volume environment.
- Availability across nights, weekends and public holidays
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a waiter or bartender in a similar Events environment
- Perfect presentation and communication
- A current Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate
