AddressDash Group is seeking a skilled Excavator & Posi-Track operator for Civil Construction works on the Gold Coast. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating Excavators and Posi-tracks to perform various tasks on site such as spreading top soil, final trim operating and general earthworks. The operator will work closely with the site manager and other team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities:
- Operate excavators and posi-tracks safely and efficiently to complete assigned tasks.
- Perform excavation, final trim, spreading top soil, land clearing and general earthworks according to project requirements.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Conduct routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Communicate effectively with team members and site manager to coordinate work activities.
- Adhere to project timelines and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.
Requirements:
- Must have Excavator ticket and Posi-track/Skid steer ticket!
- Proven experience operating excavators and posi-tracks in civil construction or similar environment.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Strong understanding of equipment operation and maintenance procedures.
- Ability use a range of attachments for excavators & posi-tracks.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Physical stamina and strength to operate heavy equipment for extended periods.
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Experience conducting final trim operations.
- Experience using spreader bar attachment for Posi-Tracks.
