The non - negotiables
- Experience in Civil Subdivision work in particular working within pipelaying crews
- Experience with GPS
- Ability to operate machines up to from 8T to 30T
- Current RII Excavator competency
- Current drivers licence (MR+ a bonus)
- Great attitude - this is the most important

- Hourly rate + full penalties - this is 100% open for discussion based on experience. Initial casual contract with view to full time for the right candidate
- Regular pay reviews - we want to keep our people - if you are good, you will be renumerated accordingly!
- Negotiable on company vehicle for the right candidate after probation period
