Seven West Media is the leading listed national multi-platform media business. An exciting opportunity exists to join our iconic newspaper brand, The West Australian.
This role is the engine of our high performance Customer Engagement team. Working in our busy and fast-paced office environment, you'll be able to use your organisational, administrative and data processing skills on a variety of regular and ad hoc tasks, supporting a range of stakeholders from analysts to sales managers.
Your key areas of responsibility will include:
- Daily data processing using Excel plus internal customer systems
- Managing a shared inbox and responding to corporate queries
- Ensuring high quality data entry and information management
- Learning how to use mapping tools like Google Earth
- Designing ways to improve efficiencies of regular processes
The successful candidates will have:
- Strong data entry skills - you love working with spreadsheets
- Enjoy following processes with a keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to interact with a variety of stakeholders
- Ability to learn new systems quickly
- A can-do attitude and be open to adapting to change
