Bridge to Best is a community based Occupational Therapy practice. We work with people who are experiencing neurological conditions, complex and catastrophic brain injuries and their support teams.
The Bridge to Best Occupational Therapist (OT) will work alongside our amazing Therapy Assistants, and report to the Director, to provide therapeutic and program-related treatment.
Job SummaryThe right candidate will be required to work with people who are experiencing neurological conditions, complex and catastrophic brain injuries. You will bring experience to the role and be responsible for providing therapeutic and program related treatment services. Although you will work independently, you will be provided with supervision and support.

Although we are looking for full time, part time would be considered for the right candidate.
Tasks & Responsibilities- Client assessment and intervention (including equipment prescription, minor home modification recommendations, functional assessments and cognitive rehabilitation)
- Report writing
- Collaboration and liaison with stakeholders
- Client / caregivers / family education
- Engagement in quality improvement activities
- Prepare home / therapy programs and resources
- Bachelor of Occupational Therapy
- Current AHPRA registration
- Current CPR certificate
- Up to date vaccinations (Hep B, MMR, Pertussis, Varicella, Flu Shot)
- Undertake / complete minimum CPD points
- Driver’s licence and access to a reliable, insured vehicle
- Valid police check
- Excellent time management
- Strong computer literacy skills
